Service Overview

NeuVPN’s Service Focus

NeuVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for users who need access to international websites, overseas services, or cross-border workflows, with coverage across 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, with unlimited device use.

What It Solves

The cross-border access experience often depends on the exit region, network path, target service location, and local network conditions. NeuVPN organizes international routes from different regions into a single subscription, so users can choose routes based on their destination and switch exit regions when conditions change. The focus is not on piling up complex options, but on keeping route selection, connection, and daily maintenance clear.

Route Selection & Support Principles

Choose a route by starting with the target region, then assess it based on actual access results rather than treating a single speed test as a long-term verdict. When connection issues occur, check the subscription status, client settings, local network, and current route in sequence, then switch to a route in the same or a nearby region. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the platform, client, and symptoms to help identify the cause.

Privacy Principles

NeuVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users access. Account and service processes follow data minimization, handling only the information needed for account management, subscription delivery, order status, and troubleshooting. No email address is required to get started; an account can be created with a username and password.

Service Boundaries

Network performance is affected by the user’s location, access provider, target service, and route conditions at a given time, so route selection should reflect the current use case. NeuVPN provides routes, clients, and subscription delivery, while users can adjust their connection setup based on their device and access destination.
