These terms apply to the cross-border access, international route, and network acceleration subscription services provided by NeuVPN. By accessing this website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any provision is unacceptable, stop using the relevant websites, clients, and subscription resources.

Service Scope and Eligibility

NeuVPN provides optimized network connections and cross-border access through international routes, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The available regions, route entry points, and client access methods are based on the information shown in the user panel at that time.

Routes may change due to network maintenance, regional policies, upstream adjustments, device environments, or the rules of destination services. The service provides connection capabilities but does not guarantee access to any particular third-party website, application, or content. NeuVPN does not guarantee the account status, content authorization, regional policies, or feature availability of third-party services. Users are responsible for confirming the conditions of their intended services.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and other actions initiated through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or account activity appears abnormal, change the password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

NeuVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but this arrangement is intended only for the account holder and devices under their reasonable control. Accounts, subscription URLs, access credentials, and plan benefits may not be publicly posted, resold, rented, or distributed in bulk, nor may they be provided to others as an independent paid network service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, credential exposure, and account risks caused by public sharing or resale.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and usage period before activation. The subscription status recorded in the user panel is authoritative.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using NeuVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions where network resources are located, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications, and content platforms. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, disruption of network infrastructure, or distribution of content prohibited by law.

The service may not be used for unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious software, network attacks, fraud, harassment, bulk abuse, intellectual property infringement, or other conduct that may harm third parties. Users must not deliberately evade reasonable account management measures or continuously consume route resources through abnormal automated requests in a way that affects other users’ normal connections.

Availability, Restrictions, and Termination

NeuVPN maintains, switches, and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but network connections are affected by local carriers, international links, device configuration, system permissions, and changes to third-party services. Speed fluctuations, temporary interruptions, connection failures, or changes in destination content caused by these external factors do not constitute a promise of any specific result by the service.

Some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, security response, abnormal traffic investigations, or upstream route adjustments. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeuVPN is not responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from user device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed credentials, third-party platform restrictions, uncontrollable network events, or violations of these terms by the user.

If an account is involved in unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource consumption, service disruption, or another serious violation of these terms, NeuVPN may restrict route access, suspend the service, or terminate the account. Depending on the level of risk, relevant account and connection records may be reviewed before or after action is taken. Necessary measures do not remove any liability required by law.

NeuVPN may update these terms due to changes in service scope, route arrangements, product features, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, together with an updated “Last updated” notice. Continued use of the service after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users do not agree with a change, they should stop using the subscription service before it takes effect.
