Create an Account and Enter the User Panel
Open NeuVPN’s account creation page, enter a username you plan to use long term, and set a strong password that you do not reuse across other sites. NeuVPN does not require an email address; the username and password will be your credentials for entering the user panel. Before submitting, check that the username is complete and that the password has been stored securely. After creation, the page will take you to the account area or ask you to log in again.
If the page asks you to log in again, use the username and password you just set. Once inside, confirm that you can see the plans, account overview, and client entry points. The account is ready to use, but the subscription section may not show active routes yet because route delivery is tied to an active plan. Complete plan selection next instead of copying blank content or manually adding servers in the client.
Account credentials and the subscription link serve different purposes: the username and password let you enter the panel, view orders, and manage the service; the subscription link lets the client retrieve route configuration. Keep them separate, and never paste the panel password into the client’s subscription field.
Choose a Plan and Complete the Order
On the Plans page, first decide between a monthly subscription and a data package based on how you use the service. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, making these plans suitable for ongoing monthly use. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire, making them better suited to irregular usage.
After selecting a plan, review the order details. Confirm the data allowance, billing method, and amount due, then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel rather than closing a page that is still showing a pending confirmation. Once the order status updates, the account overview will show the corresponding subscription information. If nothing changes after a short while, refresh the panel and check the order status again to avoid submitting the same order twice.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. If you are unsure which plan to choose initially, start with the lower tier based on typical usage and adjust it later from the panel. All plans support unlimited devices, and all include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the refund policy for eligibility and the application process.
Get Your Subscription from Account Overview
After the order takes effect, open Account Overview and find the subscription information section. It usually includes options to copy the subscription, import it into a client, or refresh it. When you choose Copy, the system places the subscription URL for the current account on your clipboard. The client uses this URL to retrieve available routes and future configuration updates. Subscription content changes with the account status, so always get it from the user panel and never use a link forwarded by someone else.
A subscription address is usually a complete HTTPS link. When you need to recognize the format, treat https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN as a structural example only; it is clearly a dummy value and cannot be used to connect. The real address appears only in the user panel after login. This page does not provide a static subscription address.
When copying, make sure the selection starts at the beginning of the link and continues through the end. Do not omit query parameters or add spaces or line breaks. A subscription link acts as a credential for retrieving your account’s routes, so do not post it on public websites, in chat groups, or in screenshots. If it has been exposed somewhere you do not control, return to the panel to check for a reset option, then import the new link into the client.
Once you have the complete link, continue to the next step. If the client is not yet installed on the device, get the version that matches your system from the client section of the user panel. Client delivery and subscription retrieval are both handled in the panel; this page does not provide a direct installer link.
Import the Subscription into the Matching Client
Before importing, confirm two things: the client came from the download entry in the user panel, and the clipboard contains the complete subscription link just copied from Account Overview. After opening the client, do not enter server addresses, ports, or protocol parameters manually. Find the subscription management entry and use the link to retrieve the configuration at once. After the first sync, a route list organized by region should appear.
Windows: Import from a Link in the Desktop Client
On Windows, use the NeuVPN desktop client with subscription management support. After launching it, check the sidebar or top menu, open the “Subscription” or “Profiles” section, and choose an option such as “Import from link” or “Add subscription.” Paste the complete link copied from the panel into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, and save it.
After saving, run an update or refresh once. When the client finishes reading the link, selectable routes should appear on the configuration page, and the node selector on the main screen should update as well. If the pasted address is reported as invalid, return to Account Overview and copy it again instead of editing the link in pieces. Once routes appear, keep the client open and continue to connection verification.
macOS: Add a Subscription in Configuration Management
On macOS, use the NeuVPN client suited to desktop systems and supporting subscription updates. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration access. Read the system prompt, grant permission, and return to the client’s configuration or subscription page. Choose to add a configuration by URL, paste the subscription link, save it, and click Update so the route content is written to the current configuration.
If the client stays in the menu bar, its configuration entry may be inside the menu opened from the menu bar icon rather than on the main window. After importing successfully, confirm that the current configuration is selected, then open the route list and choose a region. Do not copy the subscription address manually into system network settings; the client should manage the subscription itself.
Android: Sync Routes from the Subscription Menu
On Android, use the NeuVPN mobile client that supports link subscriptions. Open the client, go to the configuration, subscription group, or profile page, tap the add entry, and choose URL import. Long-press the input field to paste the subscription address from the panel, save it, and run an update. Mobile screens have less space, so the add button may appear as a plus sign, and its label may differ from the desktop version.
After the update finishes, return to the client home screen, select the subscription group you just created, and expand the route list. The first time you connect, the system will show a network access permission window. Confirm it so the client can manage the device’s network path. If permission was denied, return to the client through system settings and grant access again rather than creating the subscription again.
iOS: Add a Remote Configuration in a Compatible Client
On iOS, use a compatible client that can read subscription links; follow the access method provided in the user panel. Open the client, go to the configuration, subscription, or remote files section, choose to add a remote configuration, and paste the link copied from Account Overview into the URL field. Save it and trigger an update. After import, the routes will appear on the client’s node selection page.
The first connection on iOS requires permission to add a network configuration. Confirm the system prompt, return to the client, choose the target route, and start the connection. If the subscription has been added but the list is empty, pull down to refresh on the configuration page or use the Update button. If it is still empty, check that the order is active and the link was copied in full. There is no need to create each route manually in system settings.
Choose a Route, Connect, and Verify It
After importing successfully, choose a region that matches the service you want to access. For content limited to a specific region, the route region should meet the service’s requirements. For general cross-border access, prioritize a route that is geographically closer and offers stable connection performance. NeuVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. You do not need to test every route at first; choose one that matches the required region.
Click the client’s connection switch and wait for the status to change from Connecting to Connected. Then open the website you need and confirm that it loads normally. Use NeuVPN’s network check to see whether the current exit region matches the selected route. The key test is not whether the client button changes color, but whether the exit path and actual access result both change.
If the exit region is correct, the subscription import, route selection, and system network permissions are all working. The client will usually remember the current configuration, so next time you only need to open it, confirm that the subscription is up to date, and connect. To change regions, disconnect the current route first, select a new region, and reconnect so the application does not continue using the old connection.
After verification, you can import the same account subscription on other devices. The service supports unlimited devices, but each device still needs its own client installation, subscription import, and system network permission check. A successful connection on one device does not configure another device automatically.
What to Do When the First Connection Fails
When something goes wrong, do not change several settings at once. First return to Account Overview and confirm that the plan is still active, then open the client’s subscription management page and run an update. If the update completes and routes appear, the account and subscription retrieval are basically working. Switch to another route in the same region and reconnect to determine whether the issue is limited to the current node.
If the client reports that the subscription could not be retrieved, copy the complete link from the panel again, delete the old subscription entry in the client, and import it again. Check whether there are extra spaces at either end or whether only part of the text was copied. Do not rewrite the link’s domain, query parameters, or letter case; any of these changes can prevent the client from reading the configuration.
If the route list is present but the connection cannot be established, first confirm that the client has system network permission. Then fully quit and reopen the client. On desktop systems, pause other software that manages the network path and try again. On mobile systems, check whether the current network can access ordinary pages normally. After these basic checks, try another route.
If the client says it is connected but the target website still shows content from the old region, close the existing page in the target app or browser, reconnect, and open it again. Some apps retain the previous network session, so refreshing the page alone may not create a new path. If the exit check does not match the selected region, disconnect, choose another route, and verify again.
If you still cannot identify the issue, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the platform, the client step where the issue occurs, whether the subscription updates, whether routes appear, and the exit check result. Do not paste the complete subscription link into the ticket. For protocol selection, advanced split routing, regional content rules, and more detailed error diagnosis, continue with the route guide instead of adding too many variables to the basic workflow.
Completion Criteria
Basic setup is complete when the client can update the subscription, the route list appears normally, the connection remains stable, and the exit region matches the selected node.
